Well hello there,

Hey everyone, I want this blog to serve as a condensed archive of all the things you were never told about as a woman. I want you to have ​the opportunity to learn about subjects that I had to teach myself about as an adult. If only I had been taught about my cycle and the ​power my body holds, I cannot imagine how much different my life would be.

You should have been taught. This is my chance. I hope these topics push you to dig deeper and learn for yourself. I am not a medical ​professional and I cannot advise you. These topics are to inform you so you can bring it to the attention of your provider and consult with ​them to make informed decisions for yourself. I just want to give you the opportunity to know.

Additionally, you will find written birth stories to read to learn from their mom’s experience! She are meant to be educating and ​empowering, these mom’s that shared are sharing to help prepare YOU for your birth as a mother, and your baby’s birth
