Expecting a little one? This personalized 1:1 session prepares you for the incredible journey of childbirth. Whether you’re a first-time parent or seeking a refresher, this session empowers you with evidence-based knowledge and practical skills. During the session, we cover topics such as interventions, birth priorities, birth locations, the role of a doula, ways dad can help, and breathing techniques & natural methods for pain management. My goal is to educate about pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum, cultivate confidence, and provide evidence-based guidance for informed decisions.
